must have witnessed continuous updating process of different software and apps.
Sometimes it is irritating but at the
long run it proves to be beneficial for every one of us. We all need smooth
performances and hassle-free from our smartphones and all the applications
installed in them. Why I am telling you all this? The answer is. I just wanted
to know one thing from everyone of us who render their professional services toour clients – Are we updating ourselves on a regular basis to provide our
clients and customers a hassle-free smooth experience?
In this changing world of business and economy, business, marketing and advertising related problems are posing newer challenges everyday and our old acquired skills are put to test all the time. Solutions sometimes are hard to come by due to the changing nature of the problems and that’s the reason which must prompt us to learn and updates ourselves with new set of skills. The old theory of Charles Darwin still prevails – ‘Survival of the Fittest.’ First, you have to survive the threats of new challenges and the next is to keep on winning customers’ heart by offering the best services from your end.
Take a look at your portfolio and think about the variety of clients and theirrequirements, which you are serving till date. Try to create a chart that compares year wise requirements from your clients or customers and you will see the changes. If you don’t have the patience to formulate any chart then just pay attention to day to day demands of your customers. They will ask you to provide solution that is going with the present trend. Don’t blame them; they have to be in the race to make remain relevant in their respective segments. If they fall then your survival too is at risk and same will happen to everyone including me, unless we keep ourselves well-informed and well-equipped with the latest.
We have ample resources for self-development/ skill-development spreading all around us and waiting for our attention. Never let yourself down in the eyes of your clients. You have reputation to maintain and we all specialists are in the same league. Competition is cut-throat for our customers and our expert advises can help them to sail pass the turbulent waves.
Are we willing to be part of it? Are we going to test our skills against newer challenges?
I am doing it already because I cannot let my commitment to my clients to go waste. I promised them effective solutions and I cannot just back out in the middle. They must not regret the fact that they have hired experts who cannot deliver what they actually want with the change of time.
Till the time we offer our expert services to various company or individual we must update ourselves with the latest else we should stop calling ourselves ‘The Expert.’
